2. After placing your order, please send the reference image of the desired makeup to our customer service team. You can reach out to our customer service through email or online chat. Our team will carefully review your reference image to understand your preferred doll makeup style.

3. Once we receive your reference image, we will coordinate with the factory to replicate the makeup according to your requirements. Skilled makeup artists at our factory will meticulously recreate the desired makeup look, ensuring a high level of accuracy.

Rest assured, we will make every effort to closely match the makeup to your reference image. However, please note that due to differences in facial features between dolls and the reference image, as well as the inherent variability in handmade production, slight variations may occur. Based on our experience, the fidelity can reach up to 90-95%.
