>Is Shipping to My Country Free?

  1. International free shipping for normal products ; Free of shipping and tax for products stored in warehouse ; Only applicable to buyers in the country in which the warehouse is located. (In very rare remote areas, additional shipping charges may be added.)

  3.  Free shipping + Countries Free from Parcel Tax Under Certain Conditions: EU countries, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Vietnam, Singapore,Malaysia (Note: If you choose to have the import parcel tax covered by seller, delivery periods takes double as long. If you pay your own tax, the purchaser will be required to provide proof of purchase and payment amount to your local customs.)

>How Long Does it Take for Shipping?

After receiving payment, it takes 1 to 3 business days to manufacture your doll and an additional 5 to 12 days for shipment.

>How to Get My Tracking Number?

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your doll is ready to ship.

Warning:When we send you the tracking number, the tracking status may not be queried immediately, because the system may take a while to reflect.
If the tracking status is not updated, please check again in 2 days. If there is no change in status within 3 days, please contact us. Check with the shipping company immediately.

Can I Cancel My Order?

① You can request a refund within 12 hours after purchase.

② For items not stocked at warehouse, refund requests after 12 hours will be subject to a late cancelation fee. You will only be entitled to a refund valuing 60% of total purchase amount.

③ For items stocked at warehouse, refund requests after 12 hours are entitled to a refund valuing 70% of total purchase amount. If you have already been contacted by shipping, please be sure to refuse delivery.

④Please be patient for the slow shipment of goods due to force majeure factors such as COVID-19, regional wars, earthquakes, etc.

⑤If the delivery time is extended (more than 30 days longer than the expected date) due to the work error of the forwarding company and you choose to cancel your purchase due to prolonged delivery times.The indemnity is jointly borne by kanadoll and the forwarding company, and the compensation ratio is usually within 20% of the total amount.
